WHAT HAPPENED?
Borussia Dortmund conceded the opening goal in the 11th minute of the match, but they strongly came back from the initial setback to take a 3-1 lead at half-time. Felix Nmecha restored parity for the Germans before Serhou Guirassy put his team in front just past the half-hour mark. Bellingham then scored a brilliant volley to extend the lead at the stroke of half-time. The teenage English sensation brought the ball down with his chest and found the back of the net with a first-time strike.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The second group game of the Club World Cup was Bellingham's second appearance for Dortmund and his first start for his new club since completing his much-anticipated move from Sunderland earlier this month. The 19-year-old followed in his elder brother Jude's footsteps to move to Germany at a very young age.
